Departures from Terminal 4
Check-in desks for departures in this terminal are on the upper floor. There are a large number of lifts all over this building to help you go from floor to floor. It is from this terminal that all BA long haul flights go (except Miami) together with a number of other operators including Quantas. Check the screens to find out which is the correct desk at which to check in. Generally there are BA staff around to help!
The departures lounge in this terminal is on the back wall almost half way along the building. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop through in the departures lounge so do not get waylaid on the mezzanine floor where there are various eating venues!
