Departures from Terminal 2
Departures from this terminal are generally European flights. The check in desks are all on the ground floor and in order to find the correct desk you need to look at the screens for your flight number and destination.
The challenge really starts once you have checked in at this terminal for the departures lounge is upstairs (there are escalators and lifts to take you upstairs). Once you are up the stairs you need to find your way to the extreme right hand corner of the back wall where you will find the entrance to the departures lounge! Many people get distracted here and assume that when they arrive on the upper level, where there is seating and a coffee shop, that they are actually in the departures.
Sorry but you aren't! Stay there and you will miss the flight!! Find that back entrance and go through in good time. There is much more to see and do air side
